I used the hario v60 dripper and was able to obtaina well-balanced acidity, body and aftertaste.
Bought our first POP’s at a festival and fell in love with it. Ordered more in a different flavor because they were out of what we originally bought and still love it.
So nice to not have any bitter after taste.
Columbian supremo is good but, i couldn't detect any of the flavor of yirgacheffe at all.
It was like coffee that had been stored for a long time after loasting.
Typically not a huge fan of Sumatran coffees but this one works.
What a great coffee ! Been trying some Kona, but POPS is my new go to. Great flavor bold not bitter.
