This coffee is a great blend of beans producing a balance of flavors bold enough to be noted, yet providing smooth drinkability. From grinding the beans to brewing- the aromas are delightful. It checks the boxes of what I look for... and the fresh roasted whole beans- which I grind before brewing means each pot will be far more vibrant and flavorful than big brands found in stores.
