Mexican Chiapas Kabuk

I wasn’t expecting to love this coffee as much as I do, but the Mexican Chiapas Kabuk really surprised me. I usually lean toward bolder roasts, but this blonde roast has such a smooth, clean flavor that it completely won me over. There’s no bitterness—just a mellow sweetness with subtle chocolate and honey notes that make every cup feel kind of special.

What I appreciate most is how fresh it tastes. You can tell it's roasted in small batches and not sitting around for weeks before it ships. I’ve been using it for my morning pour-overs, and it’s quickly become a daily go-to. It holds up black or with a splash of cream—either way, it's super easy to drink.

Highly recommend giving it a shot, even if you don’t usually go for lighter roasts. This one just hits different.
