This coffee is a great blend of beans producing a balance of flavors bold enough to be noted, yet providing smooth drinkability. From grinding the beans to brewing- the aromas are delightful. It checks the boxes of what I look for... and the fresh roasted whole beans- which I grind before brewing means each pot will be far more vibrant and flavorful than big brands found in stores. I have spent a long time looking for a coffee that I truly enjoy and continue to enjoy every time I make it. Been through all the store and a coffee shop varieties and spent money on some very good equipment. The coffee is the key and this one of the best I have ever had in the US.
